So the other day, I forgot my phone on top of the car, and we drove off to dinner. Hours later, I realized it was missing. We found it, in the middle of the road, and it is toast. I did happen to have an older phone, so we had my line switched to it for now. I had backup assistant with my phone that got ruined. When backup assistant ran, some of the people on my list who are the same names have different numbers than they did when I had this older phone, but they old numbers got copied to the list online. Is there any way to undo the last updates and get the correct numbers back? Thanks in advance!
You should do a factory reset on the old device that you are currently using now since your razr was damaged and then enter your back up assistant pin code and you should see the new numbers pop up
