Promised to get loyalty plan conned me
Thehellwithverizon

On Dec 10th I was offered a loyalty plan since I wanted to cancel my services. I have 6 devices and my bill is so high that Inlookwd else where. Sprint got me a killer deal and when I called to let Verizon know of course they tried to keep my service and I believed them when they said they could get me on a loyalty hi unlimited plan since I have been a loyal customer (more like dummy forpaying that amount for so many years) so the rep said I would hear back soon and that I would be switched. I have talked to two agents and none of them helped me one said they didn't even offer that plan that they could save me $40 bucks!!!! $40!!!! The other one didn't help at all she was clueless. This company is a fraud I have paid for years $120 just for access charge for phones I'm already on a plan why pay an extra $120 makes no sense!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't do business with this company. Will be posting this everywhere! Thanks!

Ok?

People switch carriers all the time. Either it works out or the new carrier is awful. My account has a loyalty unlimited plan that works fine for us. Also experienced the atrociousness of Sprint and T-Mobile's networks. No amount of cheapness can convince me to return to a carrier offering "emergency calls only" in places my girlfriend got 3 bars.

Sprint is dirt cheap because it offers no service.
