Last month, I called and added my daughter to my plan. This month I am getting charged with things I never added to my plan. Please resolve this as soon as you can. Thanks in advance...

This is a customer to customer site. Besides, even if it wasn't, VZW has no idea who Hilday is or their daughter or their account or phone number.
