I requested my privacy information. Verizon sent it all as a password-protected ZIP file along with a message to use the password they texted me. I received no text. I have spoken with SEVERAL live chat agents and none of them has a clue what to do. Neither will they elevate the matter to someone who can actually help. Now what?

How long ago did you request this information? Have you tried submitting another request at https://www.verizon.com/privacy/your-data ?
