Since I cannot find an email to send feedback I will post it here. I agree you have the best connection and range, but you guy sneed to come up with a more competitive price plan. If I say this to a rep they just find ways to downgrade my service/plan. Other companies are offering much better deals these days, and when my contract is up I will switch if there is not a better pricing model.

What plan are you currently on? Are you on edge? are any of your lines out of contract?
There are different thinks that verizon is doing to get lower prices. The most recent one is the out of contract discounts of $15 or $25 (depending on your lines), $10 basic phone disount, and the More everything 10Gb (went from from $100 to $80) and the creation of the 15GB data plan at $100/month.

I do have the edge so I understand that is on me. My contract still has a little less than a year. I am also aware of most of those things you listed including the drop in the data charge. Regardless, if you compare it apples to apples to the other companies Verizon's is the largest by a long shot. I live in a city so almost all carriers have decent service where I live. I am just hoping Verizon comes up with a much more competitive price plan soon. Thins like data rollover, lower prices, and smaller fees will cause a lot of customers to switch. I appreciate the feedback.

I think the companies are not apples to apples. In your area the coverage may be the same, but over all the coverage with verizon is so much better. (That's why I am customer here, much better then T-mobile). Also, With other companies you have to go into their verison of the edge program, thats how you get most of their deals. That in turn, can get really expensive.
For Sprint's "half off your bill" promo: they are only giving the discount on your data price, not your whole bill, then you have to go in their easy pay program and buy all your phones at full retail. Not worth it! You also get half the service, becouse pre-paid customers get more use of the towers then the half off people.
With the unlimited data companies, they thottle the data or slow it down once you have used a lot of it. Its not worth your money, if your phone only works sometimes.

Seems that 4 lines on AT&T is $20 more per month than Verizon.

Edge is not the Service Plan. It is the Payment Plan.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

10 lines, unlimited talk/text, 20GB data, all monthly access fees waived for the entire year of 2015. Price = $100.00. Sorry guys, you can save your sales pitch, if they can't compete, I will change.

Now go to Sprint's page and try that again.
