Good afternoon.  I would like to say thanks to one of your call agents, Bob.  I called in with an issue today with the wireless account on my iPad.  Bob was so patient and helpful with me.  When he could not immediately solve the question he offered to call me back within the next 15 minutes.  I gave him my number and Bob called me back in about 5 minutes and the problem was solved.  Thanks to Bob for excellent customer service.
