I work in the City of Industry CA 91745. There was a cell tower on the public right of way (sidewalk) that under some sort of agreement, the pole has to be removed from the sidewalk.
My understanding was it was going to be moved to a location on private property (a business) and a lease agreement was already ready to be signed when at the last minute Verizon Wireless cancelled out and said we found a better location for the replacement.
Well, here it is now a year later, the equipment cabinets have been removed and the tower no longer in use, and the service in the area stinks. No replacement tower has ever been brought on-line.
What is the best way to file a complaint about this?

I looked up this location, and I see at least 6-towers within 2-miles.
Have your service issues been going on for a year? What exact issues? (calls, texts, data, apps, etc.) How far do you have to travel for service to improve? Please elaborate.
