We have always had great service in our home!!! - We both have always had iPhones - We did the update that was released roughly 6 to 7 months ago (10.1.1) and now we either have no service or very poor service - My husband depends on his cell phone for work at all hours of the day and night and he has missed some extremely important calls. Sometime his phone doesn't even ring or capture that there was a call, but he will have a voicemail - For the amount that we spend every month with Verizon and have for years this is not acceptable - And, we honestly just want our great service back in our home -

what zip code you are in.....do you have case on phone....if yes had you try to use device with case on and see if that make difference .

JESTOR31, I am sorry to learn that you are having service troubles at your home. Six to seven months is a long time experiencing this trouble. What zip code are you located in? Does this only happen when you are inside your home?

Thank you for replying so quickly!

We've tried without phone case and every room in the house, backyard, front yard, garage, etc...

The service area is completely in Digital Coverage for 83704

We have always had great service inside and outside of our home... It started happening after the update and has continually gotten worse... I have an iPhone 7 plus, my husband has an iPhone 7

You mentioned this has happened since the update to 10.1.1 there has since been another update have you updated to the most recent software? Do you find that you are getting better service elsewhere? Perhaps if you travel away from your home area.

It started happening after the update and has continually gotten worse seems with each additionally update... I have an iPhone 7 plus, my husband has an iPhone 7 - So far it has only been at our home and NEVER had an issue at our home prior - Very perplexed and just want it to go back to the way it was - We haven't changed anything else in the home or internet providers or TVs or outside (no new trees, shrubs, roof, etc) -  The only thing different is the update
