What can I do about poor cell service?

You could call Support and have them put in a ticket for your zip code.

But first, they'd probably want you to perform some troubleshooting steps. They'd want to know some more specifics like:

     What phone do you have?

     What plan do you have (limited, GoUnlimited, BeyondUnlimited)?

     How much data have you used in your current billing cycle?

     What Zip Code?

     Do you drop calls?

     Does this happen inside or outside or both?

     Does it happen elsewhere or is this something just in this particular zip code?

     Is it specific to a time of day? Morning, Noon, Early Evening, Late Evening / early morning?

     Have you tried to Reset Network Settings on your device?

     Have you downloaded any signal strength program? (examples: OpenSignal for iPhone, Network Cell Info for Android) at these times of day?

     Have you run any Speedtests at these times of day?
