Poor cell coverage in 01752

Over the past month my Note Edge cell coverage has gone from 4G LTE with 4 bars down to 1x most of the time and can connect at 3G rarely. My wife has experienced the same with her iPhone 5S. We are unable to hold calls without dropping and data is very slow when working otherwise we not data is available. We have tried dialing *228 to update the roaming profile with no change. Until this week we thought our phones were the problem. We just got back from Wyoming where we had full 4G LTE coverage and dropped no calls, this leads me to believe there is a coverage issue in our area. Please help or we will be forced to change carriers.

Vail945, thanks for this heads up. We don't want this to be an ongoing issue for you. Are you experiencing this drop call issue indoors, outdoors, or both? Have you powered your devices off/on since the problem started? What's your zip code?

The area code is 01752. It happens when I'm no matter if I'm inside or out. Both phones have been rebooted several times and does not seem to help.

vail945, thanks for the zip code. I was able to review the area and it looks like you should be having no problems at all. Have you been able to power off both of the devices and remove the sim card for a good 30 seconds? If not, I would recommend on trying that out next. These links will provide you with those steps.
