I've been with Verizon for over 5 years and never had to call customer service until recently. There is an unauthorized charge to my credit card from Verizon. I called customer service and waiting 30 minutes for someone to tell me to call BillMatrix. I called BillMatrix and the repersetative told me to call Verizon. I could disbute the charge with my bank, but Verizon should have a record of this transaction and where it originated from. I want the funds refunded to my credit card! I do not want an address to contact/mail corp. I WANT A PHONE NUMBER.

there is a 800 number which for some reason even when you type that in here,theres no **** results,BUT I AM BOUT TO ENLIGHTEN EVERYONE WHERE THERE NUMBER IS SINCE THEY WANT TO BE SNEAKY- removed IN YOUR MONTHLEY BILL IT IS COVEINANTLY HIDDIN IN THE RED BREAKER BARS THAT GOES ACROSS THE PAGE OF YOUR BILL.ALSO HERE IT IS AS WELL.800-922-0204.THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME A removed COMPANY WILL MESS WITH A 29 YR VETERAN!!
