Please help me contact Verizon wireless by email

I am out of the country, in Asia, and cannot seem to activate "live chat" to discuss my Bill and Plan with Verizon services. I don't want to call.  I want to send them an email but cannot find an email address on the website....anywhere!  Can someone PLEASE give me a valid email address for Verizon Wireless Billing Services?  Thanks!

There isn't an email address for customer support. Have you tried the VZW global support number?
