We have two iPhone 5's that haven't been connected to LTE in over a week.
Normally service where we live and work is completely uninterrupted.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
My husband's work phone (an iPhone 4) is currently on LTE, which makes me think its iPhone 5-specific somehow.

It is physically impossible for a Verizon Wireless iPhone 4 to connect to the Verizon Wireless LTE network.
Have you updated the network settings?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with 4G recently. We certainly want you to always have great service. What zip are you having trouble in? Have you tried resetting your network settings and then removing and reinserting your 4G sim card? Please fill us in on this information so we can find a resolution together.
