Please understand and recognize, if you have a phone issue, and it's covered under warranty. You will get a certified pre owned (refurbished) phone but reconditioned. After time, your phone you need service on is used, so why are you demanding a brand new one? Another option is to send your phone to the manufacturer to be fixed. Granted you won't have your phone but you can activate an old phone, forward your calls, or suspend service. I don't understand how folks feel they have no options when they do, it's just not the options THEY want.
