Hi! My phone will not connect to Wi-Fi. Every time I attempt to, the phone immediately disconnects, and states that internet is not available. Even for my home wireless network, to which my work cell phone connects to without a problem. Can you please assist?

Well, it would help to identify your phone model and WiFi infrastructure. Is your phone attempting to connect to your WiFi router using the proper security/method?
Keeping you connected is always a must. I apologize for the trouble. What make/model phone do you have? Have you ever been able to connect before? When did this start? Please share some additional details so that we can assist further.
