Phone trade in - not getting my money


I have been trying since October to receive my money for an IPhone 6 Plus that I traded in.  I have sent a letter to your corporate office on Feb. 21, 2017 and have heard NOTHING.  My letter is a 3 page letter that I don't feel like re-writing on here, but would like some help on how/who to complain to.  I am really discouraged by all your informational pages because they don't help at all.  I see a lot of complaints on here about people have bad customer service.  I just want to know where to write to so I can get my account resolved.  Is anyone able to answer that for me?  Thanks so much
