Hello,
I haven't had phone service for the last week. I live in Syracuse, NY 13210. Is there a way that I can fix this? I tried re-booting my phone, plugging it in to my computer and re-setting network settings.

My phone does not have any physical damage and I am with regular billing (not prepaid).
