Phone service not working

Hello,

I haven't had phone service for the last week. I live in Syracuse, NY 13210. Is there a way that I can fix this? I tried re-booting my phone, plugging it in to my computer and re-setting network settings.

My phone does not have any physical damage and I am with regular billing (not prepaid).

Not having service can be a hassle to deal with, arn25. Let's make sure you are all set. When did this start for you? Are others having the same issue? Have you had any recent changes on your device?
