Phone Plan Discounts

Recently changed insurance company and was told as a part of the benefits we would receive a discount by being a member of the insurance company.  Called Verizon Customer Service and this was confirmed by the representative. Trying to figure out how to get our monthly discount on our account. Is this online or do I have to call Customer Service?

Customer Service is much faster, that is if you get a rep that can actually operate a computer.

visit www.vzw.com/renewdiscount if you have an work email through them enter it in and click the cofirm my discount link inside the email from customerserviceb2b
