I very rarely if ever submit feedback to companies. The customer service I received from Kristen in California was beyond outstanding. I was upgrading my phone plan to unlimited data and she found me the best discount and pricing, she took care of every thing that was required. She also went above and beyond by treating more as a friend than a customer. We had a pleasant yet brief conversation and she made me feel like I was more than an account number. She is what I wish all customer service agents were like. Verizon should be thankful to have a person of her caliber under its employment. Please take care of her as well as she took care of me.
