I decided to give the "finger-touch" security lock a try. With that, I had to create a 6 digit back up passcode which I did and I clearly know what I put because it's the only passcode that I have always used to many years for almost everything. Turned out that I decided to deactivate the finger-touch security lock which also asked for my digit backup passcode as well. When I put it in, it will not work and indicated that it is wrong.
Please help me resolve this. Thank you!

Which phone model do you have?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

You will need to restore the phone. You will need to know the AppleID and password associated with the phone.
