Paper-free billing?

I received a letter dated 15 Nov. 2017 stating that I have to update my account profile.  I cannot do it on the website.  Nothing has changed in the last five years.  What do you need?

when was last time you logged in your profile online , are you on auto pay ...it cab me many reason .You might want to look in that .no one going to do for you just you only unless you want to call 800 922 0204 and ask what is letter about.
