I bought a phone online on May 21st, paid for next day delivery, and my order is still processing. I keep getting run around when I attempt to find out why it's still processing- the prepaid chat agent sent me to call sales. Sales sent me to the prepaid phoneline. No one has helped me, they just keep saying 'well it's not really my job, go to these guys'. I just want my phone.
My husband, who has a separate account, bought his phone online maybe an hour before me, and *didn't* pay for next day delivery already has his tracking number and everything- he's getting his phone Wednesday.

Did you purchase the phone after the business hours cutoff on the 21st? Granted they should have finished processing the order on the 22nd. Do you have a prepaid account?

There's a certain cut off time for orders. If you wanted too late, next day shipping from Thursday would have shipped Friday morning and not get there till after Memorial day due to holiday and weekend.

I have a prepaid account, however as was said- even if I missed the cut off on the 21st, something should have been sent on the 22nd. I have absolutely no tracking number, and checking my order via on the website or the app still says my order is still pending. The only email i've gotten regarding my order is the 'Your order is complete' email- which does *not* include a separate tracking number.
All the order page says is:
'We have received your order and it is in process'
shipment date- 05/21/2020
Tracking number- Sign into My Verizon or check your email for tracking details.
I've checked my spam and trash folders. I have no other emails from Verizon. When I try to track my order from the website aside from going from the link directly in the email, I'm just redirected to my verizon page and can't track the order there- if I click the 'order tracker' under support, I'm redirected right back to the my prepaid verizon page.
The app literally just says 'we have received your order and are still processing it.'

Have you actually signed into your MyVerizon account online to see if there is a message or anything that might indicate what the holdup on the order might be? One possible reason is the order was flagged as fraudulent and they need some verification from you to continue processing the order. The fact that you and another person in your household made two separate orders on two separate accounts on the same day might have flagged your address possibly associated with fraudulent purchases. This is just a guess on my part, but I have seen enough on this community forum to wonder if some part of your order triggered something in their system.

I've signed into my verizon account multiple times. I am signed in right now. There are no messages waiting for me, no indication of any sort of flags that there is an issue with the order beyond still being pending.

Orders aren't processed over the weekend or on the holidays. Hopefully you can get an answer Tuesday during their business hours.
