Paid Verizon bill with cash at Victra Authorized retailer, service not working.

I paid my phone bill in person and in cash at a Victra Authorized retailer located on: 8342 Lincoln Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90045. I have my physical receipt from the transaction and I see shows no form of payments posted on my account and my service is off. This is not cool verizon fix it now.

Call the financial services department at 866.266.1445 when it opens to verify your account status and have the receipt available for reference during the call.
