Outage in Wyoming and Colorado

Just wanted to know if anyone knew when the outage would end. We haven't had service for 12 hours now. This is the second time in six weeks!

I hope they fix it soon. It is very frustrating to pay so much for no service.

I understand how frustrating not being able to make and receive calls can be.  There is a known problem in the switch that is causing both Colorado and Wyoming customer to not be able to receive or make phone calls.   Our technicians are working diligently to get this issue resolved.  At this time there is no ETR.

So... Once again, Verizon, the "America's Most Reliable Network" has "tower issues" that have affected Southern Colorado. Being in the San Luis Valley and having not having many celluar service choices. This is not acceptable especially for people that do not have landlines anymore...

It would be beneficial if Verizon would at least have an alert/notification system on the website, so that we, the customers, would not have to call in and be on hold for 5-8mins just to hear that Verizon is having "elevated issues in your area."

Come on.. a simple alert/notification web page just to allow individuals to know what is going on and hopefully the customers frustration could be lessened.  Where now this is the second time the voice services are down in just a few weeks.  This is totally unacceptable.

This frustration has caused me to wonder how is Verizon the "America's Most Reliable Network" and if they are what are they going to do about "Customers" frustration level.
