Myself and a lot of coworkers, friends, and family either cannot receive or make calls. I cannot receive calls but can make calls, however, my husband can do both.

ARLFAL83, having a device you can use to make and receive calls now a days is crucial. Let me help you get your device back in order so that you can receive your calls. I have taken a look at the Cincinnati area and found no issues or outages to report. What do people hear when they call your number? Is your call forwarding active? Please dial *73 then send from your device. Once you hear the confirmation beeps/message you can end the call. Have someone call your number to see if the issue is resolved.

The outage issue was on Wednesday, October 26. Things are fine now.
