Hello handro,

Thank you for reaching out with this communication on the service issue that you are experiencing. I check the Arizona area and there isn't any network related issues reported. May I ask what city in Arizona are you in? Also, what are the make and models of the four devices that are experiencing issues? Is the issue voice or data related? Below, I have posted a few steps to assist with the service on one device. Assuming that it may be device related, we will only want to test one phone first and if we are not successful in resolving then we can proceed as if the issue is network related Also, some of the step below are applicable only if you have a 4G device. 3G devices doesn't have a SIM card so please perform task below on 3G devices, minus the 4G SIM card recommended steps.

  • Verify how many bars and what type of signal is on the device. (4G, 3G, 1X)
  • Remove any 3rd party task killers or battery saver apps from the device.
  • Disable bluetooth and wifi in the device settings.
  • Confirm that data roaming is active on the device.
  • Do a battery and SIM card pull then re-insert and retest services.
  • Perform factory reset on the device. (See links below)

Droid Razr - http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=49625

Thunderbolt - http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=39075

Revolution - http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=41381

Once you have tried the steps above, please test your voice and data services on your device(s). If you decide to do a factory reset then please be advise that this process does erase all user information from the device. For archival purposes, Backup Assistant can be used for saving contacts and your Gmail account can save calendar entries. Once the factory reset has been complete then the device would need to be re-setup. There is a tutorial on the device that will walk through this process. Once completed, please test call voice and data services for functionality.

If the problem persist then the issue has been isolated to be network related. If this is the case then more info is needed such as any error messages that you are receiving. Also, what city and state that you are in and what services aren't working, like text messaging, web access, etc. Once you have responded to this reply with more information then I can have this issue escalated for you.

Thank you...
