I recently ordered a phone over the phone with customer service, and was kind of late accepting the terms and conditions. Now when I view the order status, it still says it's processing. When I click to view more details, it says the order number doesn't exist. Did I accept the terms and conditions too late and have to re-order the phone?

That is a great question, AustralianEdward! I know how exciting it is to get a new phone, but then get bummed that there is delay in shipping. Have you logged into your My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc right the right hand side of the page it should show you if there is a contract to accept.
