Not receiving promotional text messages from one number

Hello,

I stopped receiving promotional SMS messages from Amazon sometime between August 28 and today.  I spent over an hour with their helpdesk, and he couldn't find anything wrong at their end.  Is it possible their messages are being filtered by Verizon?  Their short code is 262966.  I don't have premium messages blocked or any blocked numbers.  I still receive messages from senders using other short codes.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We can understand the importance of getting text messages. Because you are receiving other short code messages it does not indicate an issue on Verizon's end. We encourage you to unregister for the codes and register for them through Amazon.
