Does anyone live in Wisconsin near Eagle River or north of there that has lost all service as of 2:30 Monday evening. Of course we cannot get ahold of anyone in support because we don't have a house phone and their chat is shut down due to "overload". How the hell are we supposed to report outages? They cost enough to have service, you think they could put a feature on the website to report an outage via computer. I seriously think we are going to start searching for another provider. Verizon has done this 5 different times this summer and we have called after finally getting service back and all they can say is they "don't know" or didn't know there was an outage. Like right, you didn't know there were outages for almost 8 hours. Anyone else having more issues?
