I know I'm not the only one who had problems with service on Thursday, December 19. I missed some important calls, and couldn't make other important calls. I received no apology message from Verizon (and I'm sure nobody else did either) and no offer of a credit for the missed time. I was on a chat earlier today where the customer service rep said she couldn't help me but that I should call customer service. I then asked her why there was a chat option if I need to call in anyway and that I didn't have time to wait 20-30 minutes on hold. She told me to "hold on a minute" (it was actually about 5) then told me I'd receive a call in 30-40 minutes. Of course, that call never came. I have to believe there are many others who are fed up with Verizon's crap. We can't let them get away with the way they treat customers.
