I recently moved to a new apartment and every time I make a call, regardless of where I am in the apartment complex (in the building or on the perimeter away from all building), the call is dropped within a minute. My texts are also delayed when I send them. Often, it shows that I have full bars. I don't have service issues anywhere else but where I live and the service map says I should have coverage here. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to learn that you have no service in your apartment complex. I only have a cell phone myself so I understand having to rely on service. What zip code are you in? Has this always been this way? What make and model phone do you have?
