two verizon phones that I haven't been able to call out or receive calls, send or receive text, or use data all day since about 10 this morning!!!!! getting very frustrating!!!!

area code 205.......my husband phone stopped working first and when he
tried to make a call it said turn the phone off then back on and if that
didn't work call #8899 then about a hour later mine lost all service and
hasn't had service since it didn't give any error code r anything but
before mine stopped working myverizon said I had no data but I never
received a message saying data was 100MB or less and I never received one
saying I was out of data
