No reception in my office - needs booster/extender?

Dear Verizon - I am getting zero cell phone reception in my office which is in the basement on broad street, woodbury, NJ 08096. Apparently others have attempted to buy boosters/extenders (don't know which exactly) which haven't worked. Is there any way someone can come out to test a device. Also is there a rental service for the devices or do you have to buy them outright?? Thanks so much Karen.

What phone do you have? With newer phones there is the option of wifi calling which could be another way to get you service in your office.

No one ever comes out to the house from Verizon Wireless and they specifically do not guarantee coverage inside of buildings.

We want you to have service where and when you need it, kkdcalgary. Our cellular service is designed to work outdoors. Basements are super hard to get signal into. The walls in the basement block cellular signals. That is why it is difficult to get signal. Here is the information about the network extender. http://vz.to/1jrCpWo We do have a 14 day worry free guarantee where you can try the extender to see if it works for you. If it does not, you can simply return it to us. A requirement of the network extender to have high speed internet. Do you have internet capability in your basement? How is service outside of your basement?
