I just got a prepaid phone account with Verizon and am in the process of adjusting my settings.
I cannot locate the Balance Display option using the directions in the documentation (Menu -> Settings & Tools -> Display Settings -> Balance Display).
My Display Settings menu does not include a Balance Display option.
I phoned 611 and asked customer service about this. Their suggestion was that I go to a Verizon store and have someone help me find it! lol
