So my service got suspended today with no past due amount and the current bill due the 18th...I cant speak to financial services because their not open today so I am stuck with no cell service. I routinely question why ive spent 10 years with this company.

Did you try calling and talking to customer service? Do you know how much data has been used? Sometimes if there is a high limit on data usage your services can get suspended to protect against fraud. Try calling customer care.

Ive only used half my data this month...talked to customer service, they had no idea why its suspended and said I need to speak to financial services because their the only ones that can restore service but their not open on Sunday....its nonsense
