I have multiple lines on my plan and 3 of them are able to receive LTE but lately all they can get now is 3G. The hotspot in 3G when something is connected to it, it can barely function at 3G speeds. Anyone else having issues ? Phones are in Phoenix, AZ and hotspot is in Greensboro, MD.

That's a strange occurrence. I want to ensure you are all able to enjoy our 4G LTE network again. What is the zip code of the devices that are in Phoenix, AZ? And what's the zip code of the device that's used in Greensboro, MD? When did this problem begin? What model 4G devices are experiencing this problem? Have you tried removing and reinserting the 4G SIM Cards? Please let me know so that I can further assist. Thanks!

I have recently moved to Las Vegas from Pennsylvania. I have had the same problem of no LTE service for well over 3 months now. There are times that the data is so slow I decided to stop attempting to use it. This is why I left my last carrier, so I suppose it is time to try yet another company. Oh, and I have done lots of traveling, and I have not hit LTE in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, PA, Houston TX just to name a few. I have called and did the reset to fix the problem, and no luck. Very disappointing.
You need to speak with someone in retail about replacing your SIM card.
