New phone accidently activated on new acount

I was trying switch from a Galaxy J1 to Lg K8 C and didn't see an option to reuse my main account, so i made a new acount and payment.. is there a way to get a refund and transfer my old account over along with my old number or am I stuck ?

Is this for prepaid accounts?
