Re: New iPhone 5S and increasing data charges

My wife and I are Seniors and only use our IPhones mainly when we are at home using our Wi-Fi to read our e-mail. We recently I switched to a new plan (More Everything Plan) and I decided to follow the data usage daily. When I checked my wife's data usage 10 days into the plan, I found that her summary listed was way off than the daily usage using an Excel spreadsheet. I complained to customer service about the error in the summary listing. Two days later, I found an added entry at an added time inserted for the prior two days listing with a data usage that made the summary listing correct.

Coincidence? Shouldn't the daily listing and its summary be essentially correct or at least close?
