New every 2 / Reverse Upgrade

Hi, I upgraded to the Samsung sch i760 a few days ago (from my alias) via my new every 2.....and I HATE it.

I've read a few things saying that I can return my phone and have them do a 'reverse upgrade'.  Is this true?

Would I still be eligible for the new every 2 for when the Alias 2 comes out?

Hello and welcome to the forum!   It is my understanding that so long as you are within 30 days of purchase you can return the device and still be eligible for your "new every two" when the times comes that you're ready.   You will have essentially reversed the entire deal and continue your eligibility.   You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date.   A $35 restocking fee will apply if you exchange your device for a different model or color, or if you return your device and within three days purchase another one.
