New ToughBook CF-19, WWAN error

I see error message 'the APN is incorrect' ,  'Enter the correct APN or access string ot enable data service', the displayed info on SIM/IMEI seems accurate.  Trying to get WWAN where there IS no apn.  When I installed VZW Manager it indicates the radio is disabled (but it is not disabled in hardware).

I would love to see what we can do to get you back on track. So to make sure I am on the same page with you. Are you trying to connect the ToughBook CF-19 to a Mifi or a Jetpack device from Verizon Wireless? Or is it a USB drive? Please provide me with some details. I'm eager to work with you on this issue. I was attempting to light up the onboard cellular chipset.
