If you get a new phone (such as the Droid) and then within 30 days you decide it's not right you can return it for a $35 re-stocking fee but do you lose the NE2 discount when you choose a different phone?
In other words... is the NE2 discount a one-time deal on the first phone you get on a new contract?
My wife and I are seriously considering the Droid and/or Eris and don't want to lose this valuable discount.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Doug

If you don't like the phone you can return it withing 30 days and pay $35 restocking fee. NE2 Discount and Upgrade elegibility goes back to the way it was before the upgrade, just make sure you call in customer service and doble check they switch the everything to the way it was.
