Just read that prepaid plans got a bump in data. When does this show up on our accounts? Mine is still showing 1 GB.

if yes then call prepay csr to make sure what are requirement .I think you might have to restart your payment date to get that deal but contact prepay csr to get more info

Yes, that is the one. I had a chat with prepaid CSR yesterday and he said they would change my plan because I had just ported in to VZ last week. We'll see. Shame that they don't just treat all customers on those plans the same.

I should add, he said they would change it in 3 business days. Not sure why it takes so long to hit a button.

I think you have to wait till your billing cycle starts...if promo was started after you ported in then I don't think you will get this cycle but might want call back and ask more info from prepay csr.If it can be added it should not take three days in my thoughts

AzKelita, glad you are able to take advantage of our new prepay plans. I think it's pretty cool that you are able to bump form 1gb to 2gb's monthly for no charge. I am confident that the representative you spoke with will make the proper plan changes when your billing resets.
In order to reset you date, you will have to contact our prepay team for that change because we don't have prepay access. My apologies for any inconvenience.
