Network Issues


Is Verizon having network issues in South AL today?  My network extender worked perfectly until 9:30 this morning then it has not acquired a system connection or gps signal since.  My DSL speeds are fine.  Please advise.

Daddyrabbit76, service and signal where you need it most what we strive for! I double checked the area and I'm not showing any alerts or outages. Are you currently experiencing a loss of connection on the Network Extender today? The first thing we will want to do is Reboot the Network Extender. To do this, disconnet the power cord and wait 30 seconds before reconnecting. Allow 20 minutes for the Extender to complete the startup sequence. Can you also verify the LED lights displaying on the device? Please keep us posted, thanks!
