Network Extender

I plan on purchasing a Verizon Network Extender for my place in Maine.

My house is in between cell towers and the signal is spotty at best.

The construction guys on my site (building a new home) use other non-Verizon carriers.

QUESTION:

Will the Verizon Network Extender provide service to the construction workers non-Verizon phones?

Only if they are using a CDMA carrier that can roam on Verizon towers.  For instance, Page Plus phones (that use the Verizon network) and Sprint users have reported being able to use the Network Extender.  AT&T and T-Mobile phones (because they are GSM) cannot use the Extender signal.
