I have spent close to an hour each day for three days on hold with a problem and still have no callback or resolution. Is the new norm for verizon customer service?
I purchased an accessory. Paid $19.99 for next day delivery. Ordered on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Item was needed for a trip my teenage son was taking. Item arrived Wednesday...not Saturday. Days after he left. I attempted several calls to customer service for a refund of only the shipping cost. Longest wait time was close to an hour and never got a resolution. Very disappointed. My cell bill is $200 per month. I had hoped as a longtime customer that my satisfaction would have been important.
