Need to reach a customer service supervisor

We just concluded a really horrible, 6 week nightmare dealing with an equipment problem. I'd like to communicate with a supervisor in customer service to share the details of the experience. How do I reach one?

Just call and ask for a supervisor. However 95% of the time, the customer service team is a third party vendor at which point the supervisor's only job is to make sure the agent is doing their job. They are not capable of doing what you think they can do. They do not have any more access than the rep and in my experience the cannot solve the issue any better than a rep. My favorite are senior reps, they know everything there is to know and have solved every issue known. No matter who you talk to I hope you get what you need to get resolved.

After 6 weeks, and 4 replacement devices, the newest device appears to be working. I would like to share the full documentation of this situation, because this is NOT the kind of service that we have come to expect from Verizon. And on top of that, it appears that something has changed in signal at my son's location that has made some of this even worse.
