I have been on and off the phone with Verizon for the past four weeks. Wasting hours and hours and always been told I would hear back in 24 hours after my ticket has been submitted. I used to have fios in the town next over and I moved to the beach in the neighboring town and now my house is one of about three houses that Verizon fios is not offered to in the town because it is "on the beach". However, there are other houses on my beach strip of about 8 houses that have fios. My house number is [removed]. My dad is a very hard man to get Christmas gifts for and I am trying to contact the engineering team to hopefully come up with a solution for the new year. We have over 500 movies on fios and my dad hates this optimum service, so we would love to become customers of Verizon fios again. At our house we are offered wifi and telephone, but no television. Please help and help make a Christmas dream come true.
