I cannot get it to stop! I have tried both *73 and *900 (I was told to do so by VZW Customer Support) and all I get is "your feature update cannot be completed." ...Any suggestions?
Are you in an actual "Verizon" service area or EXT NETWORK. These feature updates MUST be completed in Verizon owned service areas... Outside of that.... I would visit a Tech at your local corporate store...
