I HAVE A GREAT PLAN WITH EVERYTING I WANT AND NEED . WILL I BE FORCED TO CHANGE PLANS OR IS THIS JUST FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?? I AM ON THE CONNECT PLAN 5 LINES ALL BUT 2 HAVE DATA AND VCAST VIDEO??
You will not be required to change your plans, however, if you make any changes to your current plan, it will trigger the new plan to take effect. So in other words, you are grandfathered into your current plan, and if you want to keep it, dont make any changes.
This is the worst decision Verizon Wireless has ever made... looks like I need to look elsewhere for service now... glad my lines will all be out of contract in a couple weeks...
Yep...VZW just keeps screwing long time customers. I would like to have a new HTC Eris and am willing to pay for the required data plan but can't do it...have to wait another year!
