Last night, I ordered 4g SIM activation kit without verizon account because I don't have verizon number, and I got a confirmation email with order number. Now, I tried to see my order status, so I typed my order number, but the web page showed no exist order number. what happend? and how can I reach your customer service without verizon customer service? This is not good.
